Delivery Policy

• Ashaiman — GH₵50. Applied automatically at checkout.
• Tema — GH₵50. Applied automatically at checkout.
• Store pickup — free. Collect from our store at Ashaiman, Kufour Station.
• Accra — quoted separately. No delivery charge is added automatically at checkout; we confirm the amount with you.
• Other locations in Ghana — quoted separately. The charge depends on the destination and the size of the order.

For Accra deliveries we aim to deliver within approximately 24 hours once the order is confirmed and any payment requirement for that order has been satisfied. This is a target rather than a guarantee, and it can be affected by stock checks, traffic, weather, address accuracy and availability of the recipient.

For other locations, the delivery timeframe is communicated to you when your delivery is quoted, based on the destination and the order.

Where your area is quoted rather than fixed, your order is placed normally, but we contact you with the delivery charge first. Those orders may require your confirmation of the quote before dispatch.

Bulk items such as vehicles, large quantities of tiles, furniture and large appliances are always quoted individually, and those product pages show a delivery quote request instead of a fixed charge.

Store pickup is free and available for items fulfilled by Anadee Collection. You are notified when the order is ready for collection. Please bring your order reference.

Items sold by third-party marketplace sellers are delivered rather than collected from our store, so a cart containing a seller item is completed as a delivery order.

• Please give a delivery address and telephone number we can reach on the day.
• Check the item on arrival where the packaging allows, and report any visible damage immediately.
• If nobody is available at the address, we will contact you to arrange another attempt, which may attract a further delivery charge.
