Marketplace Standards
These standards apply to every buyer and every independent seller on Anadee Collection. They exist so shopping here stays safe, honest and predictable.
No fraud or scams
Never ask a buyer or seller to pay outside Anadee Collection, never request MoMo approval codes or card PINs, and never promise goods you cannot supply. Payments arranged off the platform carry no buyer protection.
No illegal or prohibited items
Weapons, drugs, counterfeit goods, stolen property, prescription medicines, live animals, hazardous chemicals and anything unlawful in Ghana may not be listed. Electric vehicles are listed for inspection and enquiry only.
No abuse or harassment
Threats, insults, discriminatory language, sexual harassment and intimidation are not tolerated in messages, reviews or listings — from buyers or from sellers.
No spam
Do not send repeated unwanted messages, advertise other websites in conversations, or create duplicate listings to occupy more of the catalogue.
No misleading listings
Titles, photographs, specifications, condition and price must describe the actual item. Stock counts must be honest. Discounts must be genuine.
No review manipulation
Reviews may only be written by customers who actually bought the item. Sellers must never write their own reviews, pay for reviews, or offer anything in exchange for a rating. Sellers cannot remove a review they dislike.
No impersonation
Do not pretend to be Anadee Collection staff, another store, or another person. Store names and brand claims must be accurate.
Reporting something
Every product, review, store and conversation carries a Report control. A report is an allegation: our moderation team reviews the content before anything is changed, so sellers are not penalised because someone complained. You can also block a store to stop new product enquiries — order and buyer-protection messages continue, because they are part of a transaction you are already in.
What happens when we act
Depending on what we find, we may edit or remove a listing, hide a review, suspend a store, restrict an account, or close an account entirely. Serious matters may be reported to the relevant Ghanaian authorities. Financial records of completed transactions are retained even after an account is closed.
