Payment Policy

The payment methods Anadee Collection currently accepts, and when an order is treated as paid.

Last reviewed: 26 August 2026

Anadee Collection will never ask you for your Mobile Money PIN, a one-time password (OTP) or any bank password. Anyone who asks you for those, in our name or otherwise, is not acting for us.

1. Accepted payment methods

  • MTN Mobile Money — manual transfer, confirmed by us.
  • Cash on delivery — you pay when the order is delivered.
  • Pay at store — you pay when you collect at Ashaiman, Kufour Station.

All prices are shown and charged in Ghana Cedi (GH₵). Card and other online gateway payments are not available at the moment; if that changes, this page and the checkout page will say so.

2. MTN Mobile Money (manual)

Send the exact order total to:

Number: 024 777 6191

Account name: Ana Dee Collection

Network: MTN Mobile Money

  • Use your order reference as the payment reference or narration.
  • Check that the account name shows as Ana Dee Collection before you approve the transfer.
  • Keep the transaction message until your order is confirmed as paid.

Mobile Money orders remain unpaid and pending until Anadee Collection has verified receipt of the funds. Payment is confirmed by our team, not automatically by the website, and dispatch or collection follows that confirmation.

3. Cash on delivery

The order is recorded as unpaid until the money is received by the delivery agent and recorded against your order. Please have the exact amount ready where possible.

4. Pay at store

The order is held for collection and remains unpaid until payment is received at the store and recorded against your order reference.

5. Pricing, verification and failed payments

  • Prices are confirmed at checkout and the amount payable is set by us, not by the browser.
  • Where a payment cannot be verified, the order stays pending and we will contact you.
  • Where an obvious pricing or stock error is identified before dispatch, we will contact you and offer a correction, a cancellation or a refund of anything already paid.
  • Refunds follow the Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy.
