Terms & Conditions

• Use the site lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to it.
• Do not scrape, copy or reuse site content or product photographs commercially without permission.
• Do not submit false orders, false enquiries or false seller applications.

• You may browse without an account, and checkout is available to guests.
• If you create an account, keep your password private; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Give accurate contact and delivery information so your order can be completed.
• We may suspend an account used for fraud, abuse or breach of these terms.

• All prices are shown in Ghana Cedi (GH₵) and confirmed at checkout.
• Availability is subject to stock at the time your order is processed.
• We try to describe and photograph products accurately; small variations in colour and finish can occur.
• Where an obvious pricing or stock error is identified before dispatch, we will contact you and offer a correction, a cancellation or a refund of anything already paid.
• A discounted price is only shown where a genuine reduction applies.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we accept and confirm the order. We may decline or cancel an order where the item is unavailable, where payment cannot be verified, where the delivery address cannot be served, or where we reasonably suspect fraud.

Where a product is labelled “Sold by” a named seller, that seller is the seller of the goods and is responsible for the accuracy of the listing and for supplying the item. Anadee Collection operates the platform, handles the checkout and supports the returns and dispute process described in the Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy.

Seller obligations are set out in the Marketplace Seller Terms. Your consumer rights apply to marketplace purchases in the same way.

Delivery charges, quoted areas and timing are set out in the Delivery Policy. Accepted payment methods and when an order counts as paid are set out in the Payment Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by the Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy, which also forms part of these terms and does not reduce your statutory rights.

Vehicles are handled by enquiry, viewing and inspection, and are sold under a separate written agreement with our team. Vehicles are not sold through the ordinary retail checkout and are not covered by the standard returns practice.

Everyone using Anadee Collection agrees to the Marketplace Standards: no fraud, no illegal or prohibited items, no abuse or harassment, no spam, no misleading listings, no review manipulation and no impersonation.

Any signed-in customer can report a listing, review, store or conversation, and can block a store from sending new enquiries. Reports are reviewed by our team; we may edit or remove content, suspend a store, restrict an account or close it where these standards or Ghanaian law are broken.

You may close your account at any time from Your Account. We remove your personal details and keep anonymised transaction records where the law requires it. Closure is held back only while an order, case or settlement is still outstanding.

The Anadee Collection name, logo, site design and original content belong to Anadee Collection. Seller listing content belongs to the relevant seller, who licenses us to display it. Brand names and product images of third-party manufacturers remain the property of their owners.

We take reasonable care to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under mandatory consumer protection law.

These terms may be updated; the version published here at the time of your order applies to that order. They are governed by the laws of Ghana, and the courts of Ghana have jurisdiction over any dispute.
