How reviews work
Ratings on Anadee Collection are only as useful as they are honest, so the platform enforces the rules below — they are not a promise, they are how the system is built.
Verified purchases only
You can rate a product only after you have paid for it on Anadee and the order has been delivered, or your part of a multi-store order has been fulfilled. One review per customer per product. There are no imported, purchased or sample reviews anywhere on this site.
What we show publicly
Reviews appear with your first name and last initial only — never your full name, email address, phone number or order details. Averages are calculated from published reviews alone, and a product with no reviews simply says so rather than showing a default score.
Moderation
Anadee staff may hide a review that contains abuse, personal data, spam or content unrelated to the product. A low rating is never removed for being negative, and sellers cannot edit, hide or delete reviews about their own products. Every moderation action is recorded in an internal audit log.
Store signals
A marketplace store page shows only facts: when the store joined Anadee and the average of verified reviews across its products. Approval means a store is allowed to sell here — it is not an endorsement, and Anadee does not award badges or "top seller" tiers.
Editing or removing yours
You can update or delete your own review at any time from your reviews.
