Marketplace Seller Terms

• You must apply and be approved before any listing of yours can appear publicly.
• You must give accurate identity and contact information, and keep it up to date.
• You must be entitled to sell the goods you list in Ghana.
• Approval can be refused, and an approved store can be suspended, where these terms are not met.

• Listings must describe the actual product accurately, including condition, brand, model, specification and what is included.
• Photographs must be of the product being sold, and you must have the right to use them.
• Prices must be the true price payable in Ghana Cedi, with no hidden charges added later.
• Stock levels must reflect goods you can actually supply.
• Goods must be authentic and lawful, and must meet reasonable quality expectations for what is described.
• Every listing is subject to moderation before it is published, and may be re-reviewed at any time.

• Counterfeit, replica or otherwise infringing goods.
• Goods that infringe another party's trademark, copyright or other intellectual property.
• Unsafe, recalled, stolen or illegal goods, and anything restricted under Ghanaian law.
• Misleading descriptions, false claims and fake or inflated 'was' prices.
• Fraudulent orders, manipulation of reviews or ratings, and any attempt to take customers off-platform to avoid marketplace protections or commission.
• Sharing or misusing customer information for any purpose beyond fulfilling the order.

• Prepare and dispatch confirmed orders promptly, and keep the order status updated.
• Cooperate with Anadee Collection on delivery arrangements for your order segment.
• Respond to customer and Anadee enquiries about your orders without unreasonable delay.
• Handle returns, exchanges and disputes in line with the published Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.
• Bear the cost of remedying your own fulfilment errors, including wrong, damaged, defective or misdescribed items.

Anadee Collection charges a marketplace commission of 5%. Commission is calculated on your order segment by the marketplace transaction system at the time the transaction is recorded, and the applicable rate and amounts are frozen against that transaction for accounting purposes.

A later change to the commission rate applies to future transactions only. Historical transactions are never recalculated retroactively.

• Eligible earnings are released after a settlement hold of 7 days from the qualifying point in the order lifecycle.
• Payout methods may include Mobile Money or bank transfer, using the payout details recorded on your seller account.
• Automated payouts are disabled. Settlements are prepared and released by Anadee Collection administrators.
• Settlements may be adjusted for legitimate refunds, cancellations, disputes, chargebacks and reconciliation corrections, in line with the platform's settlement records.
• Every settlement, adjustment and moderation decision is recorded in an audit trail.

The promotion package costs GH₵200 for 30 days and includes both a Featured Product placement and a Homepage Spotlight placement for the promoted product, under a single payment reference.

A promotion purchase buys placement eligibility for the period only. It does not guarantee:

• any number of sales, or any revenue;
• any number of clicks or impressions;
• any position in search results or organic ranking;
• that customers will buy the promoted product.

• Paid placements are clearly labelled as sponsored to customers.
• Placements rotate fairly among eligible promoted products, and slots are limited.
• A listing that is draft, pending, rejected or suspended, or a suspended store, cannot use a promotion to appear publicly or to bypass moderation.
• Where a promoted listing becomes ineligible during its period, the placement stops. Promotion fees are not a substitute for meeting these terms.

Anadee Collection may remove a listing, pause a store or suspend a seller account where these terms are breached, where a product appears unsafe, unlawful or counterfeit, where there are credible reports of fraud, or where it is necessary to protect customers. Wherever it is reasonable to do so we will tell you the reason and give you the chance to respond.

Amounts genuinely owed for completed transactions remain payable to you, subject to the adjustments and investigations described above.

These terms may be updated as the marketplace develops; the current version is always the one published here. They are governed by the laws of Ghana. Nothing in them removes a mandatory right that a customer or a seller has by law.
